The Village Clerks Office serves as the information center for the Village. This includes maintenance of all official village records, including ordinances, resolutions, deeds, agreements, Village Charter. The Clerk is responsible for the preparation of Council meeting minutes, publishing all legal notices relating to Council Public hearings. The Clerk affixes the Village seal on legal documents.
The Village Clerk prepares the utility bills for mailing. The bills are mailed at the begining of each month.
